WHERE IS THE BEST PLACE TO PARK?

WHAT’S THE BEST OPTION FOR TRANSPORTATION?

CHS Field is conveniently located off of I-94 and HWY 52 at 360 Broadway Street, St. Paul, MN 55101. Plan your trip using Metro Transit, CHS Field is located three blocks from the Union Depot stop on the Central Corridor Green Line light rail. CHS Field also has access to several bus lines and connects to biking and pedestrian trails.

IS THERE BIKE PARKING?

Of course! There are bike racks available on the north side of CHS Field near the dog park. They are first-come, first-served. CHS Field is connected to the Bruce Vento Trail. This trail connects to the Gateway State Trail, which goes to Stillwater. Additionally, the Sam Morgan Regional Trail, which travels along the Mississippi River, will be located near the ballpark. Nice Ride stations are also located next to the ballpark.

WHAT TIME DO THE GROUNDS OPEN?

The doors open at 5:00pm, the concert begins at 7:00pm.

IF I LEAVE, CAN I RE-ENTER?

Yes. If you need to leave the grounds, make sure to get your hand stamped on your way out in order to re-enter the Concert.

WHAT ITEMS CAN I BRING INTO THE GROUNDS?

is this an all-ages event?

Yes, this is an all-ages show. However, attendees must be 21+ to purchase and drink alcohol, and areas in which alcohol is sold will require guests to show a valid I.D. 

CAN I USE CHECKS OR CREDIT CARDS ON-SITE?

Credit cards can be used to purchase admission tickets, merchandise, and food and beverages. Checks are not accepted.

ARE THERE ATMS ON-SITE?

Yes, there are 2 ATMs located in the concourse.

CAN I SMOKE?

No, CHS Field is a smoke free zone and does not allow smoking on the grounds.

WILL FOOD & BEVERAGE BE AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE AT THE CONCERT?

Yes. All concessions at CHS Field will be available the evening of the Concert.

IS CONCERT MERCHANDISE AVAILABLE BEFORE THE EVENT?

There will be a merchANDISE section located inside the entrance of CHS Field where you can purchase your favorite Artist's merchandise.

WHAT HAPPENS IF IT RAINS?

The show will go on, rain or shine. In the event of severe weather, information and instructions will be posted on thechildrenmatter.ngo, and through our social media accounts.

does this event have a discount promo code?

A promotional code/password for discounted tickets can be entered on the CHS Field website prior to purchasing tickets. The discount promo code will be featured on the radio stations: KQRS, KFAN, Kool 108 and GoMN 96.3. You can also find this promotional code on all Hubbard TV stations.

IS THE SITE ACCESSIBLE?

There are multiple ADA entrances and restrooms on the grounds. There are wheelchair and companion seating areas for individuals who require accommodation and a clear view of the stage. Additionally, there is color contrasting directional signs and braille for fans with vision disabilities. If you need assistance on the grounds, ask an usher and they will be happy to help you!

IS THERE A SPOT WHERE MOTHERS CAN NURSE?

Yes! There is a family restroom available in the main concourse equipped with a designated Mother's Nursing Area.

IS THERE A GOOD HOTEL NEARBY?

We recommend the Hyatt Place St. Paul/Downtown, Embassy Suites by Hilton St. Paul Downtown, or the Intercontinental St. Paul Riverfront.

WHAT DOES THE VIP MEET & GREET INCLUDE?

WILL ARTISTS BE ABLE TO SIGN PERSONAL/MEMORABILIA ITEMS FOR ME. CAN I TAKE A PHOTO WITH THE ARTISTS?

The short answer is YES. Meet & Greet VIP tickets are an exclusive opportunity to get your picture taken with each performing artist before the concert. A professional photographer will be taking photos that can be accessed within 24-hours of the concert at thechildrenmatter.ngo. You will not be allowed to bring outside merchandise in for autographs. However, there will be exclusive merchandise available for purchase at CHS Field. All proceeds go to The Children Matter. This ticket level also includes VIP ticket perks, private access to on-field restrooms, private bar, and standing area closest to stage.
